I could make a torrent, but if my ISP sees that data being sent out of my IP address using the P2P protocol of all protocols, they'll most likely throttle the fuck out of that connection. But I really want to share it, because it's a truly historic moment and even though its footage of people being murdered, its still a landmark moment in history. Imagine if there was video footage on the internet that was filmed on one of the planes during 9/11 just before they hit the WTC.
100 years from now, there will be no one left alive who was around when it happened, but the knowledge of the existence of a video of it would still be known. If it was lost to time, then people in the future may understandably want to witness that moment of history, because it would give them such a raw insight into the potential shitstorm that could sprout from this, which may be something that future scholars may study like we study past historical incidents.
