You can see this in sports where non-contact sports like football are usually dominated by blacks, even in prodominantely white countries, cause all you need to be able to do is run fast.
Constrast this with contact sports like Rugby, and it's almost all whites, usually with one black lanklet who the ball is passed to if a clear line can be established to the end, pic related is English rugby team.
In short, if this "race war" is purely physical, then whites win, although casualties wouldn't be too high, since blacks could just run away if things go sour.
If this "race war" involves guns and tactics however, then the whites would still win, but overwhelmingly this, due to higher intelligence and access to resources. It would just be a repeat of history, with blacks either wiped out or enslaved.
