How are people okay with being an employer's cuck?

How are people okay working 40+ hours a week to slave away, wasting their youth, and living in constent stress all to make your employers rich?
And doing this until you'r in your 60s?

How are you okay with being in the rat race?

I have an aunt with an "easy" business (don't want to say what it is, but I it really is easy) and she owns multiple homes and is basically more loaded than lawyers. I don't know her WHOLE situation but if she has multiple homes? She probably is extremely well off.
I'd postulate she doesn't even need to do any sort of work at this point besides some minor paper work maybe. She can just send out her workers to do the contract work for her.

I'm going to try out the same business. If it doesn't work out for me, there's always suicide.
