Download any outdated copy of typing master from torrents. Works offline, full version.
I'm at 40wpm, questionable accuracy.

If you know where the keys are you don't need to learn any type of typing method. Work on accuracy and THEN speed will come.
However, if you are hunting and pecking you will never get good.
