As introduction to programming start with python or java
When you're more experienced go to C++. Confusing syntax at times but manageable and readable.
When you think you're advanced enough go to C or Assembly.

Well, you have to first start with HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). These are the two basic programming languages. Once you get the hang of it, start with JavaScript or Python or any similar languages. Additionally, studying them and then execute.

Trust me, you'll love to become a web developer once you get the hang of it, just like me!
