>>7760526basically yes, small rectangular ones. the place i often work at has pizzas but we have a guy that does those, but people get flatbread pizzas too which are small and rectangular, served on a little wooden plank, they are technically an appetizer on our menu, the dough for these would be made and flattened during prep and then refrigerated, whereas actual pizzas had their dough made to order in batches.

i would make the last one for myself except i would put italian sausage on it instead of chicken. i actually think the tuscan one is trash but the owner loves it so he keeps it on the menu and nobody ever gets it.
