Well no not soon. Prepare for a wild ride psychfriend. A psychiatrist will most likely prescribe drugs, and finding the right ones will be a long and tedious journey. Keep a journal on how you're feeling each day, what you think might be side effects, do your research along the research that the psych does on you. I wish you good luck and godspeed.

it will be my first appointment so there's no diagnosis yet, im generally really scared of people and im crying a lot lately, i've tried to do something with it without any help but i didn't achieve much
when i was 13 i was treated for ADHD and depression

I hope you'll be ok :) that part is always the hardest. I am currently visiting a psychiatrist for alice in wonderland syndrome. It's very hard because it's a rare condition and medication is guesswork. I hope you'll get diagnosed with something more common and that you'll get good treatment!
