>>7789762just a collection of small things. a lot of it has to do with the really poor management. all my coworkers are great including my supervisor for the most part, but it's incredibly impersonal work that really doesn't account for exceptions at all and does nothing but encourage cutting corners which doesn't sit super well with me.
i'm not exactly a social person but when it takes me 2 hours to fix a laptop because the trackpad cable was somehow causing it to turn off but only 1 in every 5 boots i'd like to be able to explain to someone that i had something bizarre like that which just can't be debugged and fixed quickly instead of only being seen as a number that should be better
