low self-esteem and self-defeating is a curse, it's a vicious cycle of the same 2 things:
—"I should achieve things and get GF then I will feel like worthy"
—"how can I get it if I feel I don't deserve it".
it's a downward spiral of self-defeat.
you should escape this, seriously. you need to realize you have self-worth beyond your achievement, or looks, or niceness, or whatever else. you need to learn to love yourself unconditionally just for who you are. this doesn't mean entitlement to things—it simply means that you have human worth, and deserve to feel good about yourself, even if you "have" nothing.
then the rest will take care of itself, you will get things because you feel you deserve them, and your self-esteem will improve in result. it will be the same cycle but positive.
