Neutral Guild

1. It tries to be nice to every other guild and doesn't intervene in the conflicts other guilds have between each other.
2. It only attacks if it gets attacked. If other guilds have a problem with what we do in our guild, we try to deal with the conflict without a direct offense against the other guild.
If we are being attacked, every male member of the guild is obliged to resist the attacking guild.
3. We help the helpless as much as we can. If the helpless have done an offense in the eyes of a guild other than ours, we will try to negotiate a deal in favor of the helpless, but still punish them in a way we think is correct. If our neutrality is in danger by doing this, we will need to further negotiate with the guild to find a better deal.

In political terms, every member of the guild is free to have his own opinions. If his opinions oppose the stated three rules, he may not officially be called a member of the guild.

Every person must act in good faith in the exercise of his or her rights and in the performance of his or her obligations.
