I went through a lot of stress in high school so I imagine that would have been the cause of sorts. At the time, what I wanted most was to be heard by other people, so maybe some sort of Stand megaphone or something that could put things in peoples' heads, to make it more dangerous.
So, anything from whispering an idea and making them think they thought of it to making a psychic scream. Would be neat and make for a fun villain of the week imo.
