I grow my own tobacco ( half acre), harvest, and dry it all on my own.
I roll my own cigarettes tubes (flax) and use molasses to seal it.
Been smoking for 22 years and still strong in the chest. No cough, no hack, no wheezing.
I even sell my cigs from time to time and other smokers always comment on how clean they are. Stop smoking carcinogens; those are what kills you.
