Plus American Neoconservatives have a hate boner for Russia because they still remember the days of the Cold War and Russia also serves as a convenient boogeyman to distract from their own corruption, so Poroshenko (Ukraine leader) can get more support for his fragile, failing regime by talking shit about Russia and fearmongering. This is more prevalent in online spaces than in real life for obvious reasons.
