Is moving to Austria my best chance of marrying a red-pilled white woman so my children can have a good future?

Seems like all of the white women in the US have dropped a good 10 to 20 points in IQ due to feminism and have mostly all become coal burners for woke points. It could also be that I have low self-esteem, but the numbers are pretty against me if I want to meet a white woman to settle down with in the US.
