I got fired today and am now in the psychiatric ward because I had thoughts of self harm. Finding this job was near impossible, and I wonder if I really am better off dead. I just don't know what to do. I'll convince them I'm fine and they'll let me go back home, but then what? I moved here a few months ago for the job and have no real friends.
