Is bleaching your hair blonde if you're not a natural blonde racist? If 'blackface' is racist then wouldn't bleaching non-blonde hair blonde also be racist? Webm related is a racist.

As a man of blond hair coloring, and not even that light like in the picture, I find it strange that so many Western women go through the bottling/dye routine for their hair. Natural brown hair, which I assume most of those "blond" women have, is nice, too, as well as black and ginger shades of coloring.

Almost no blond people have that light hair. If you see hair like that on an adult it's almost always fake.

Black face was made to demean black people and perpetuate racist stereotypes. Dying your hair blonde wasn't done to do that. I would say that if you darkened your skin color as a method of self expression instead of as a performance then it wouldn't be racist

That's true but Usually the black people in the plays would follow racist stereotypes, and it helped lead to the perpetuation of some rather harmful ideas. Also the practice kept black people from pursuing an acting career

Yeah, at that point, it is basically Albinism, or close. Very few people even in all of Scandinavia have that tone. Their eyebrows are also very light, as well as skin color, mostly ruddy/pink looking.
