Frank Lloyd Wright buildings, city is more than 200 years old, very beautiful people, decent freeways, decent music & art scene, great weather 8 months of the year, great parties, cool river vibe, no fucking snow. Cons: 4 months of hellish weather (no pussies allowed), no ocean.

Fun night life, great weather and beautiful. The city has a terrible crime problem that no one seems to want to tackle short of just gentrifying the ghetto.

Since he has a house here and a "tower" there were already tons of "Trump's an ass" stories floating around all ranging from being funny anecdotes to him stealing thousands from people.
Combine that with all crime and financial problems, it seems like everyone has an opinion in the extreme one way or another.
Back when he kept talking about Chicago and it's crime problem, no one could shut up about how our crime rate is nearly the same and yet he was here every weekend.
