Ever wake up, first thought on your mind being "I have XX minutes before Y"? Same goes for work and free time alike. It's the single handedly most life poisoning thing you can afflict yourself with.
Mood ruining, hate provoking, despair inducing idea. There's nothing like a daily dose of hatred towards a person that took that few extra minutes from your life by their incompetence when that's the only thing you have on mind all day, worse than a drug.
Don't be that kind of a person, Anone - I've heard people die from this.
