This election wasn't about Trump. So why is this even being mentioned?
Kilpatrick: One of the real questions is, how would I understand this, even as, I mean, I'm not exactly sure what's in it. We will probably get our own results. And so let me talk about how did Trump win, and I think that will probably be the first clue on what to look forward to.
We've already been asked about the Supreme Court, and I'll try to explain how we should view the future of this. This is a big court. The conservative justices won't be the only ones to get confirmed, or even some of them, if the Republicans lose the majority in the Senate, we're already talking about the high court being overturned.
