if you want the full autismal approach just watch films all day, have audio books in the background while you're on the pc doing other shit and put them on an ipod for work. also set your pc to that language setting if you can.
you need to do that at a point where you're capable of understanding at least a little bit of it though, but you need to train your brain to casually interpret it on an immediate level.
also read a lot, often the same thing again a couple times if you have trouble with it giving it some time between readings. that's the best way to get vocab and will help you understand things when you hear them better.
just make it as much of an unavoidable obstacle in your life as possible and you'll work it out very quickly.
