create optional moderation groups with elected mods that people can join so that they can create independent moderation groups who can only censor posts/posters for people who are part of the groups.
Remove the bump function and instead list threads ordinally by posts per second (this decreases bumpculting and shows you the threads with the most engagement first).
Allow for mods to be elected by a cardinal voting system.
create a trusted reporters system where if a reporter frequently reports things successfully then the report will be given higher priority (if they are accurite then they will be able to hide posts before a janny checks them)
Allow mods to hide posts instead of only being able to delete them.
