Careful where you move though. We recently became the biggest destination for transplants, so our highway infrastructure is a bit smaller than it should be for the volume of cars. If you must commute to Denver to work, it might be better to get a train pass (work shouldn't be a problem for you, but I don't know what you like to do with your time).
Also, since you'll probably find yourself traveling west into the Rockies for recreation or whatever, interstate 70 gets severely backed-up on Sunday afternoons as people return to the city.
The rest of the time 70 moves fairly quickly in and out of the moun'ains.
If you like horses, there are many ranch properties with easy access to the city and the Rockies.
