I would say there is no greater kinship in all nationality beyond the Dixie and Scotsman. While we both had won some great victories our cause of independents were both similarly defeated. While though there were some Irish brigades that fought with Dixie, I can not say they are our own. As they had won their right to independence and live in their own free land. There for as a Dixie I give my hand to the Scots as we have both come to the modern age after many defeats and the concept of independence has gone beyond muddied.
