Children would be sacrificed en masse to appease ''the gods'' when there was a bad harvest. Wifes would serve as prostitutes in temples for random men in state sanctioned money making systems. Bestiality, homosexuality, transexualism and incest where normal, as where blood sports. Murder and theft where rampant. The establishment of Biblical law (by the sword) ended all this for a time. Ultimately however the jews where subsumed into the surrounding pagan tribes. The result of their status as a vassal of Babylon is Rhabinical Judaism (torah on the outside - paganism on the inside). This is/was the religion of the confederated royal bloodlines of the ancient world, who believe themselves descended from fallen demigods. This ruling caste operates by creating counterfits and hyjacking any threat to its power (as with Rabbinical Judaism, Catholicism ect).
