Honestly if you just want to have the other person quit from the fight though, you stack your team with tanks and walls. Forettress, Slowbro, etc. Don't use Snorlax tho because they're not allowed, he's an uber in pokeMMO.
The game ended up getting pretty boring tho cuz it's full of non-English speakers.
