A single man cannot be a good poster in the abstract as he does not exist within a vacuum. A good poster must have other members of the board to cooperate with as good threads come about from the back and forth between many personalities. You cannot have a good thread alone anymore than you can have a good conversation alone. No one man can create a good thread and as such no one man can be a good poster
