They say that the Talmud says that if a child under the age of three is sexually assaulted, that's okay. It actually says that if such a thing were to happen, the child would still be considered a virgin, which was very important to know because back in those days, no one ever wanted to marry a non-virgin (in many cultures, not just Jewish culture). Obviously the offender is still guilty and is given the death penalty by the Talmud.

Incorrect. The word Jew comes from the King James Bible, and means a citizen of the state of Judea. I would say post chapter and verse but I know it doesn't exist so you cant. The first time the word Jew was ever used was in 2 Kings 16:6 KJV in which the Jews are under siege by Israel and Syria who are Confederate. But don't take my word for it...
