ama and ill try to answer for you
had to pop out when questions were first given, so ill answer some questions given to me by anons earlier:
>>214460780
ghosts have never been repeatably and reliably determined to exist, so no.
>>214460874
this one is tricky.
non-metallic civillization is almost certianly a pre-homo-sapien invention, so that would put it in the scale of millions of years. this is evidenced by the toolmaking capacity and loose social structures of chimpanzees and other simians. Though given these societies used only biodegradeable and weatherable materials, the secrets of this era could be buried far too deep to be discovered for centuries, or maybe even be lost forever. theres a chance that metallic societies did live before man, or that man has existed before devolving and re-evolving, but these societies would have to be buried under oceans because they are seemingly undiscoverable, and carbon dating does not find anything that old in any reliable number.

The pyramids were likely built using wheels and beasts of burden, alongside raw man power. pulley systems which used gears that allowed large stones to be lifted up the slopes by the limited available power.
im enjoying this process of answering your questions in the least bullshitty way i can within the limits of common sense.
any other really fucking smart guys here can call me out if they think i am retarded too.
