I am obviously a pretty low-functioning Autistic, and have a clinically-diagnosed case of severely-advanced mental retardation – but I refuse to accept it, nor take my prescribed medications. I once punched a hole in my own wall. I have zero social skills, and sarcasm and criticism are wholly beyond my comprehension.
