OPINION PIECE:
Disable the ability for custom names on /bant/. Not only will it deplatform namefags, it will also increase the quality of posts. The namefags are driven not by wanting to create funny or interesting discussion or jokes, but by recognition, be it good or bad. This will put and end to that recognition. Additionally, and more radically, implement a different algorithm for tripcodes on /bant/. That way, you can keep legitimate uses of tripcodes while getting rid of these mined custom tripcodes. Overall, I think this would bring /bant/ closer to realizing its goal of being a unique combination of /int/ and /b/.
