This is embarrassing but I have ass worms, I think I got them after my body weakened from a bad illness and antibiotics.
How to get them all out?

This is the answear OP, antiparasitals are a thing, then you will just shit it out. It will also kill any eggs you might have too. Also you can only get them true direct exposure to contaminated shit or raw meat. Maybe water of you don't have acces to purified water.

that's to express their scent glands. i had a dog whose butt glands would get clogged and I'd have to manually reduce them. the smell was...it was a bad time. He was a good boy, though, so I did my job.
