I'm sitting in bed wearing a poncho with three blankets and a hot water bottle and I can see the breath in front of my face because NZers can't build a house worth shit. Insulation is literally a new idea here and generally the only way to heat your home is with shitty little electric heaters which will easily triple your already insanely high power bill.
