Simmer dices tomatoes in water on low for ten minutes, add olive oil and three cloves of garlic.
In a pan cook your meat, use butter and seasoned salt. Sprinkle on paprika and then throw in red peppers, yellow peppers, banana peppers, cover with lid and let it cook until meat is finished and peppers are soft. (Optional you can add mushrooms to the meat and peppers, it just adds more flavor when completed)
Heat up your choice of beans, I love red kidney beans. Add to the diced tomatoes and let simmer.
Next, this is where the magic happens.
Two cups of heavy whipping cream in another pot, medium heat for five minutes. Now throw in your choice of cheeses. Cheddar is a classic, gouda is great too. Add a mashed avocado after the cheese melts, add salt. Stir in some milk to thin it out and keep cooking for ten minutes.
After the cheese melts go ahead and put your meat and peppers into the bean and tomato pot.
Now the magic, let your shit simmer and pan fry some shrimp using tbsp of white whine, olive oil and garlic powder.
When the shrimp is done go ahead and add it to the tomato pot, marry the alfredo sauce to the tomato pot as well. Stir very thoroughly, add a hand full of crushed cilantro. Make sure to have crackers and more cheese for serving.
You can also use scallops, octopus and all sorts of seafood to add to it.
There you have it, food networks would rave over this dish so save it and try it yourself.
