Not sure if serious, but you dont have efficient inhalation power to get the smoke through the water.
Adding to this, a toilet does not work like that, the smoke wouldnt even pass through the water.
That not being enough, the flush is usually made out of plastic.
I'm not done yet: You simply cannot smoke this much herb before the smokes goes up, especially when your lighting it on the upper end...
