I think the biggest example is Tumblr circa 2008-20018. In those formative 10 years, on a single popular media website with bad design layout, the phenomenon that we can call "SJW culture" exploded in popularity a thousandfold. The term SJW already existed, it predates Tumblr, but on that particular site and during that particular period, it formed a community that grew to a massive size. This site was a constant stream of posts about queers, lgbt, diversity, trans, people of color and racism. And yet, at the same time, what were the most popular shows on Tumblr? Supernatural, Sherlock, Teen Wolf and Doctor Who. The majorly of the site was lusting after attractive white men. Whenever I see that pocahontas meme I think about these Tumblr users, these strange outspoken creatures who insulted, demeaned and demonized white men on a daily basis then drew/wrote porn of them and masturbated.
