Anyone else need to vent about their job? I need to vent.
>hire on at a company for my first job with no experience
>low pay, low benefits
>maxed out pay boss can give me for a long time now
>Finally after 4 years, have enough experience to get any job I want in industry
>talk with another company that can pay WAY more, haven't been hired yet
>tell boss I'm giving him 2 weeks notice just in case, to be courteous
>he gets pissy
>muh grass is always greener on the other side! >:(
>muh loyalty! >:(
>eveyone whos quit regretted it! >:(
>you're not coming back if you leave >:(
Pretty smooth relationship we had until today. 4 years of loyalty, 2 weeks notice before I quit. And I'm still dead to him if I leave.
