Misaka is Dengeki's sweetheart though, she sells them boatloads of merch, or at least did back in the days we still got adaptations of Railgun and Index. That's why she's probably got the best chances, unless we're talking storywise in which case it's most likely Othinus all the way. Understanding is a hell of a drug.
