god just fucking imagine akari akaza having a bladder problen and then peeing her pants and then she goes to the hospital to get checked out so they find sentient secies of worms that are living in her bladder and they cause her to void by tugging detruser muscle and they do it systematically so that they can grow their bacterial cultures that they feed off of in her ureathra and tey flood the fields like the nile river and then she is put in a research setting and they create a tiny robot and put it in her bladder so that they can communicate with the warms and they try working out a diplomatic solution but then the US government intervines and tthey are scared of the worms so they fly robots into akari akaza and the doctors warn the worms so the worms create a navy and then the US and the worms have a long naval battle in akari akaza's bladder and eventually the worms are all exterminated except for 2 who escape out her vagina and crawl into toshino kyokos vagina and they learn their lesson so they don't make kyoko pee her pants and stay seecretly until they build enough worms to get the nuclear launch codes and they nuke all of humanity exept for toshino kyoko and a male to breed with who were moved into a nuclear bunker after they took control of their brains and then they make the last humans vegetables and they live their children's bladders until eventually they are no longer able to create any more children because they are too far imbred so they just die in the irradiated hellhole they created
