Why don't you take care of yourself /bant/? There's so many boys on here who eat rubbish processed food. You can still eat your favourite things, but only once a week, not every day like a lot of you are.
I bet most of you are constipated too from a low fiber, high carb diet. Eat lots of wheat and oats to make the poo poop come out nice and smoothly.
