How can i learn perfect english?

Every time i write down sentence or opinion, people.always pointing out of it after that i always feeling like being stupid

so i decided to fix this shit
since my first language don't have any consequences with english, it will be really pain in the ass for learning but have to do it anyway

Please someone teach me

(I can't invest too many time on it maybe 30-1hr per day)
