Alicia:

- Her name is a form of the word "Alice". In Japanese culture, "Alice" is the name given to the #1 top tier girl in existence.
- Her ice powers are constantly radiating. She was able to put out as much power as a Jeweling Dress.
- Is able to lead an entire country through the harsh conditions of winter.
- Is highly intelligent as is a canon Top Idol in the series.
- Is to be taken very seriously as she has proven to be a serious threat.

Imagine how much better off /bant/ would be if we had Alicia for a queen. Instead of idiot frogposters making fun of us, we'd freeze them dead in their tracks. Instead of people responding to Cirno with ">anime", you'd get people responding to Alicia with "Now THAT'S anime."
