My home boards are /k/ and /bant/.
/k/ is doing just fine albeit the massive influx of normies and fudds amidst the whole Hi-Point YC9 fiasco but it will stabilize out. Overall I'd say its improved over the years with keeping out trannies, keeping out Glawk zealots and keeping the AR tripfags contained.
/bant/ is a whole other story. The board is going through all the predictable motions but is getting tripped up on establishing itself as its own entity. There's nothing to really keep you coming back if you weren't in wave 1-3 which may lead to its downfall. Overall bant has been in a stable decline ever since proxy Denmark and the Romanian shit posters started taking over and nobody does anything about it.
Without a stable board identity this place will be toast in another year.

they don't have identities i've no lifed this website for more than a decade and however the board is is a sum expression of its users which isn't something you can do anything about

Everything that is happening in this board has happened to EVERY BOARD EVER and the way it happens HAS NEVER CHANGED. You either flow with it or you leave it's really that simple.
We're now entering the stage where anons are pushing the envelope on what mods will allow.

That last one is the symptom of the next stage and either the mods will start doing their jobs to ban people and range ban to remove spammers or this place will go the way of /z/ with no real moderation, no real content and ultimately being another monument to why we can't have nice things without moderation.
