Daily reminder that eating high carb/ high sugar foods is degenerate. The only acceptable carbs you may eat are beans or porridge.
The human body has no use for that rubbish, real men eat high protein and high fiber meals. Foods like chocolate, pastry and candy cause serious damage to the brain and body.
