>>837236That's true for normie jobs, but night shifts fuck different people up differently. I've been working graveyard for a while. Even people who've been doing it for decades still get some weeks where they're beat up and can't sleep right. It's not all bad. I love going outside and having a smoke at 3 in the morning. There's nothing but soft, dead quiet. And everyone is mellow, enough to give a loner fuckup like me space to breathe. And I love getting out of work in the early hours of the morning, taking in the sun just before the busybees start stressing and swarming and noisemaking.
But night shifts aren't for everyone, so I wouldn't assume the guy is out of shape just for pushing his body to live inversely.
