>don't read/watch news, no politics>far less tv/music/movie (except more documentaries, ones that are actually informative, so mostly older ones)>almost dropped snacks/candy completely>no habitual drinks like coffee, hot chocolate, tea>light exercise atleast daily>started to pay attention to every little movement I do now no matter how ordinary>being constantly aware of myself in general>went through every habit/preference/taste/belief one-by-one, if it's origin was not myself I willed myself to "forget" it>getting rid of things I don't need, not doing things I don't need to do>started thinking about religion/philosophy, but on my own without pre-processed thoughts from mediaonly things left are video games and masturbation
I'll probably soon drop video games, except vr games which double as exercise and so aren't a complete waste of my time
also found a few things to dedicate myself to and I most likely will no matter the cost or my actual success
