In some memoirs (people close to Hitler) they said he was a fantastic cook though he stopped cooking meat once he became a vegetarian and stopped cooking in general once he became really big politically.
But honestly he was probably a good cook and very intense about getting things right so I imagine he'd atleast be on Gordan Ramsays level.
I'd eat at Hitler.
Maybe get myself a nice chicken schnitzel

I think it would be set up as a traditional Bavarian lodge, with a mixture of classic German artwork and his own very pleasant landscapes on the wall. It would be elevated beyond your typical schnitzel house, but not pretentious. Classical music, likely Brahms. Wagner would be distracting. I bet he would prepare a moist and succulent sauerbraten, taking the time to give it the attention it deserves. It would be delicious, that's the one certainty. Hitler always took care of those he loved.
