ritsu lives near oslo and says its an atrocity. he says its dirty and filled with foreigners and smells like sewer. i haven't been there much so i'm just gonna take his word for it. but the dialect will be easy to understand.
western norway, like stavanger, would probably be your best bet desu. the landscape is really beautiful, i'd send any person looking to "experience" norway there. but the west norwegian dialect is different from the standard east norwegian one. so that might be a bit tricky.
