My first ever anime Haruhi Suzumiya helped me get through some of the darkest period of my life, and Silent Voice was a singular experience that left a permanent footprint in my heart.
KyoAni has always brought back faith in the animated medium as something that goes beyond mere entertainment. In face of this tragedy, I can only hope that strength and unity perseveres over suffering and loss.
