Where is country completely devoid of social pathologies like : thieves, cheaters stupid people with low intelligence, alcoholics , drug addicts , lazybones , murders , rapists , pedophiles and other perverts , psychopaths and sociopaths and pathological liars ?

Does anyone know where is such a ideal country ?
