>>8434760i've been vegan since i was 16, now i'm 20. since november last year i seem to have become a literal injury magnet. no matter what i did my body didn't seem to be working right. so about a week ago i started including dairy products into my diet again to see what would happen. if my body starts working better, i'm gonna go back to the 100% vegan diet and adjust it to include the substance that i was lacking.
most people are out of shape and condemn people who are better than them out of jealousy. i don't even tell people that i work out anymore if they ask. i just say "yeah bro, i do some yoga and jogging once in a while" or something like that.
